What is a Life Right?
A Life Right gives you the secure right to live in your unit for the rest of your life.
You pay a once-off purchase price, and a small monthly levy which covers maintenance and upkeep.
When you leave, the Life Right is resold, and the value (minus agreed deductions (40%)) is paid to you or your estate.
